  3. In your inbox

    We send your onboarding email

    One email asking for the pieces we need to build your account around your brand. If your current system can't export your clients and bookings, we'll send you a spreadsheet to fill in instead.

  4. First call

    Your 1:1 planning call

    A one on one video call with our team to learn how your business runs, map your client journey and plan your build.

  5. Up to 10 business days

    We build your account

    Once we have everything from you, we set up your branding, services, email templates, workflows, contract, forms and booking links, and add your clients and future appointments from your export or completed spreadsheet.

  6. Halfway through, if needed

    A halfway check in call

    Sometimes we'll book a short call partway through your build to check and proof your account branding with you before we finalise it.

  7. Final call, about 90 minutes

    Your handover and training call

    This is where you learn to run your account yourself. We walk you through your whole system step by step and show you how to use it day to day. Come ready to learn, take notes and ask questions, because once we hand over, your account is yours to run. One round of final tweaks is included.

Then you're up and running.

We set it up, you learn it, and from here it's yours to run. You're not on your own though. Our support team is still here whenever you need a hand.

Do I have to add a setup package?

No. Diary of a Bride is designed to be simple and intuitive from day one, and you can absolutely set it up yourself. Setup support is here if you'd love a faster, easier start.

Can I pay it off instead of paying upfront?

Yes. Pay in 4 options are available on the Done For You Setup, or you can pay in full. You choose at checkout.

How long does the Done For You Setup take?

Once we have everything we need from you, the build takes up to 10 business days. Sometimes we'll book a short halfway call to proof your branding with you. Then we book your handover call, which runs for about 90 minutes.

What do you need from me?

Your logo and brand colours, your photos, your current forms, contracts and email templates, your services and pricing, and an export of your clients and bookings from your current system. If your system can't export them, we'll give you a spreadsheet to fill in instead. We ask for it all in one onboarding email so it's easy to pull together.

Can you move my clients across from another system?

Yes, with one thing to know. What we can bring across depends on what your current system lets you export. If it can export a CSV or your details, we work from that. If it can't, we'll give you a spreadsheet to fill in, so everything goes into your Diary of a Bride account accurately.

The Done For You Setup covers your client details and future appointments. The Quick Start Setup covers your key client or booking data.

What is the difference between the two options?

Quick Start connects the essentials: your form on your website, your social links, your key data, and a check that new enquiries land in the right place. Done For You is the full build: your branding, services, email templates, workflows, contract, forms and data, plus a 1:1 onboarding session to show you how to use everything.

Do I need to learn how to use it myself?

Yes. We do the setup for you, but you'll be the one using Diary of a Bride every day, so learning it is part of the package. Your handover call is a training session where we show you how to run everything yourself. Come ready to learn and ask questions. Our support team is still here afterwards if you need a hand.

Do I have to choose one of the styles shown at the top?

No. Those are examples only, to show what's possible. We build your account in your own logo and brand colours, whatever they are.

Can I make changes once my setup is finished?

Yes. One round of final tweaks is included once your setup is complete, and our support team is still here after that if you need a hand.
